Louie Richard serves as Chief Executive Officer of Go Coil II, where he leads the company’s strategic direction and operational performance. With over two decades of experience in the oil and gas service industry, Louie has worked his way up from the field into executive leadership, gaining hands-on expertise in coiled tubing, well testing, and pumping operations. His career includes key leadership roles such as President of Go Coil, President of Spartan Well Testing, and Vice President of the Coil Tubing Division at Pioneer Energy Services, where he built a strong foundation in operational execution and business growth. He has a proven track record of building and scaling businesses, improving operational efficiency, and delivering long-term value. His leadership experience extends beyond oilfield services into commercial site development and private investment ventures. Louie holds a Bachelor of Science in Production Management from Nicholls State University.

Brock Duhon serves as Chief Operating Officer of Go Coil II, bringing more than 20 years of experience across coiled tubing and well intervention operations. He has held key leadership roles including COO at Gladiator Energy and Conquest Completion Services, and President at STEP Energy Services, where he oversaw multi-basin operations and full P&L performance. Brock’s background includes leading operational execution, integrating teams and systems, and advancing efficiency across field operations. Having progressed from hands-on field roles into executive leadership, he offers a practical, operations-focused perspective that supports consistent performance and scalable growth.

Matt Bernard serves as Chief Financial Officer of Go Coil II and brings over 30 years of financial and executive leadership experience across the energy sector. He began his career with Ernst & Young and later held senior roles with Edison Chouest Offshore and Gulf Offshore Logistics, where he served as Executive Vice President, CFO, and President, playing a key role in the company’s $270 million asset sale. He also served as CFO of US Well Services through its public transaction and acquisition and currently serves as President of GOL, LLC. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University.

Bart Bellaire currently serves as General Counsel to a portfolio of privately held companies, which include Go Coil II, LLC where he oversees all legal affairs, including corporate governance, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, insurance and risk management, and litigation strategy. He regularly advises ownership and executive leadership on high-level business decisions, transaction structuring, and enterprise risk, while managing outside counsel and cross-functional teams.
An accomplished General Counsel and executive advisor with more than a decade of experience guiding organizations through complex legal, financial, and operational challenges. He brings a strategic, business-focused approach to corporate governance, risk management and associated litigation, with a proven ability to align legal frameworks with organizational growth and long-term value creation.
Previously, he served as General Counsel for U.S. Well Services, where he played a key role in the company’s transition to the public markets through a SPAC transaction and its subsequent merger with ProFrac Holdings.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center.

Heath serves as Go Coil II’s Sales and Engineering Director. In 2007, he started in Oil & Gas and has been centered around wellbore intervention with coiled tubing. Heath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and is a published SPE author. Prior to Go Coil II, Heath gained experience supporting a variety of operations across North America that combine specialized tools, frac services, various acid blends, cementing, etc. with coiled tubing operations. At Go Coil II, some of his various roles include high level field and office engineering support, data analytics, strategic sales, marketing, training, SOP writing, and operations planning.
